Donations Needed!

I used to teach music at Walker Park Elementary School. It is just the best! The kids are awesome, as are the teachers, and it was a phenomenal place to work. I miss it dearly, though I wouldn't trade my job for the world.

This year, the kids are hoping to plant a vegetable garden! What an exciting opportunity for the kids to learn about nutrition and real food. Kids are much more likely to try produce that they have grown and harvested themselves than the stuff you pull out of the freezer at dinner time.

It costs $1000 to grow and maintain the garden for the school year. Please consider donating to this awesome cause, even if it's just a dollar or two. You could make a difference in the health of a child for the rest of their lives.
